Real housewife Brandi Glanville took “Drinking and Tweeting” to new heights this week when she suffered multiple wardrobe malfunctions during a “drunken night out” on the town, and had to be carried out by a male companion.

The author and mother of two was spotted looking visibly intoxicated on Monday night when she spilled out of both ends of a gauzy dress while leaving a West Hollywood restaurant. As Glanville, 40, and a male companion were exiting Dan Tana’s eatery, the reality TV star stumbled, exposing her breast to photographers and flashing a lacy black thong.

In photographs published by the Daily Mail, the former model appeared to have suffered a wardrobe malfunction when the skirt of her dress rode up above her waist, exposing her lower half. She also appeared to require assistance walking, leaning on her friend and eventually allowing him to hold her up as she walked back to a hotel.

Earlier in the night Glanville tweeted that she was heading out to the well-known restaurant with friends.

Glanville’s wardrobe snafu took place just days after a heated run-in with her ex-husband Eddie Cibrian and his new wife LeAnn Rimes. According to the New York Post, Glanville caused a “scene” on Saturday when she happened upon the couple eating dinner together at Nobu in Malibu. An eyewitness told Radar Online that Glanville “raised her voice and glass of wine at them." Shortly afterward, Glanville took to Twitter to explain the incident, writing, "Just left Nobu Malibu with boys and friends, ran into boys dad. The kids love us all together so lets just stop all th [sic] BS. Xb”
