Briana DeJesus’ Baby Daddy Accused Of Wielding A Gun: What Happened With Nova’s Father
Roxanne DeJesus, the mother of “Teen Mom 3” star Briana, accused her ex-boyfriend of wielding a gun, Radar Online wrote in an exclusive report Friday. She filed two protection orders against him in 2012, according to papers filed the Orange County Circuit Court in Florida.
Devon Austin, the father of Nova, went to DeJesus’ house to talk about their daughter. But an argument soon erupted.
“I told him to leave me house,” Roxanne alleged. “He got angry and stood up by the door way and didn’t want to move. He started to curse at me and made a motion to hit me. I finally got him out. He kicked my door so hard.”
The grandmother was worried Austin would hurt her family. “I know that he is very capable of physical violence towards me, Briana and Nova. He also has become violent right in front of the baby,” she said. “He smokes and drinks and has been on drugs. We both fear him!”
Roxanne claimed Austin insulted DeJesus over social media and flaunted his weapons. “He is very intimidating and after researching him, I see his background of guns, fighting, postings on Facebook, drugs, weapons and violence,” Roxanne claimed at the time. “I am in fear for my safety and my family’s.”
The case against Austin was ultimately dismissed. He did not respond to the allegations against him. Police never brought charges against Austin.
Roxanne filed a total of four protection orders again Austin. All of them were dismissed by authorities.
DeJesus did not immediately respond to Radar Online dredging up old history. She seemed focused on her second pregnancy, which she announced in January.
“Kinda excited to see what god has planned for me and my family in 2017!” the Florida native hinted Dec. 31.
She confirmed the pregnancy the following day. “Looks like Nova won't be an only child anymore,” DeJesus tweeted. “Super excited for July.”
