Britney Spears has been busy working out at home with her boyfriend Sam Asghari during the ongoing lockdown. The singer shared a video of her couple’s workout on Instagram and said that the couples who work out together stay together.
The workout video begins with Spears posing for the camera with a shocked expression while her boyfriend stands behind her and flexes his muscles. The singer wore a red sports bra and black shorts for the workout.
Spears flaunted her toned body while she practiced boxing. Asghari went topless for the video and wore shorts while holding up the pads for the singer to punch. The couple then went on to do some routine exercises that included planks, dumbbell raises, push ups, and tandem jumps.
In the post, Spears expressed gratitude for having a boyfriend like Asghari to help her stay in shape. She also said that she is proud of Asghari having a fitness program that helps people stay in shape while practicing social distancing at home.
A source close to the couple told Page Six recently that Spears and Asghari are practicing social distancing together and they are staying safe together. The couple is apparently “very happy” working out together.
Asghari’s workout routine at home to stay in shape includes mountain climbers on a bosu ball, front raises with light weight dumbbells, lateral raises, planks to push ups, jumping jacks, shoulder taps while in a push-up position, squat jumps, and bosu ball push ups. The fitness trainer has his own website where he has claimed to have helped thousands of people transform their bodies with his simple approach.
Apart from following her boyfriend’s routine, Spears has also been doing some yoga to stay in shape. She recently shared a video of her doing yoga in her bedroom, Daily Mail reported.
Spears apparently does yoga every day, according to the video she released on Instagram. She wore a white sports bra and patterned shorts in the video. Among the exercises she did in the video were some stretching, which included leg lunges, and then she got into a split position.
