Britney Spears Poses Nude During Vacation With Sam Asghari After Legal Victory

Britney Spears bared it all on Instagram as she celebrated a legal victory over her father with a tropical getaway with her fiancé, Sam Asghari.

A day after her dad Jamie Spears was suspended as the conservator of her estate, the singer, 39, shared a video taken from her vacation with fiancé Sam Asghari.

"A beautiful day here in paradise celebrating," Spears wrote alongside footage documenting her and Asghari's day at the beach without revealing where they are.

The video first revealed an infinity pool overlooking a beach before showing Spears and her 27-year-old personal trainer beau riding in a boat. The singer could also be seen swimming in the sea while wearing only red bikini bottoms.

In another post, Spears shared a series of pictures of herself posing next to an outdoor bathtub while completely nude. She added flower emojis to the pictures to cover her private parts.

"Playing in the Pacific never hurt anybody!!!! Pssss no photo edits … the tub curves," she wrote in the caption.

Asghari playfully commented on the post, "#freethenipple."

The pop star later shared another video of them on a boat heading to an island. The clip only showed the crystal clear water and the nearby island filled with palm trees. Spears and Asghari can be heard having a conversation in the background, with the singer saying, "Oops, you should know," with a laugh.

Spears' followers were happy to hear her sounding so joyful.

"That giggling laughter!! She’s back," one commented.

"I love her laugh. You deserve happiness and freedom, Britney!!" another added.

"[You] deserve every bit of paradise hun!!!!!" a third user wrote.

A source previously told People that Spears did not attend Wednesday's conservatorship hearing because she went on vacation to destress from the legal drama.

"Britney and Sam are currently out of town on vacation," the unnamed insider said. "She wanted to take the stress off ahead of today."

The source added, "Of course she's happy with the result of the hearing."

Spears was reportedly overcome with emotion after learning that Judge Brenda Penny had suspended Jamie as the conservator of his daughter's estate. An unnamed source told Page Six that the singer burst into tears and was "literally jumping for joy."

"She hasn't felt joy like this in 13 years," the tipster added.
