Britney Spears Raves About Teenage Sons In Belated Birthday Tribute
Britney Spears is one proud mother. The 39-year-old pop star raved about her boys as she wrote about them in a belated birthday tribute.
The "Lucky" singer is probably her living her best days. Earlier this month, her father Jamie Spears filed a petition to end the conservatorship. Last week, she got engaged to her longtime beau Sam Asghari.
Now, she's proudly posting about her "very private" sons, 16-year-old Sean Preston and 15-year-old Jayden James, in a heartfelt tribute shared via Instagram. The boys, whom she shares with ex-husband Kevin Federline, had their birthdays last week, and the singer feels so "blessed" for having them.
"There is nothing stronger than the love between a mother and a son," said the graphic quote the singer shared. It was accompanied by a message, in which she complained about her "grown-up sons," just like any other mom would, and told the world how much she loves her "little devils."
"My boys' birthdays were last week … and unfortunately they are growing up and want to do their own things .... I have to ask their permission to post them because they are extremely independent little men," she wrote.
Britney then went on to say that she and her sons "had a small party and the coolest ice cream cakes" to mark the occasion.
She then bragged about her handsome boys getting dates easily.
"It makes me crazy because they are so tall and geez they are still growing ___ !!! They went to a dance last week and I cried for two days ___ my babies in a suit !!! It's crazy !!! And girls get ready cause my boys are so handsome ___ !!!" Britney said further.
The singer also explained the quote she was sharing.
"I truly believe this quote which is why I wanted to share it … there's a lot I can't share with you all because my kids are very private which I love but I will tell you they are both extremely talented and I'm so incredibly blessed to have these two little men in my life ❤ ️ __ !!! And if they're reading this … which I'm pretty sure they're not … I love you two little devils so much _❤ ️ _ !!!" she concluded her message.
This post was met lots of praises from her fans.
One of them wrote, "Its so sweet how she respects their privacy and all that. Theres a lot of famous mamas out there that doesnt mind asking beforing exposing their kids lives, doesnt realize it could affect how they feel about themselves when they grow up. You go brit."
