Britney Spears Says She 'Probably Won't Perform Again,' Slams Her Father: 'I'm Pretty Traumatized'
Singer Britney Spears has posted a nude image of herself on Instagram, lambasting her father, Jamie, and asking him to "kiss her God damn mother f****** a**."
The Grammy-winning singer, who is currently topping the charts with the Elton John duet "Hold Me Closer," also noted in a now-deleted caption of the post she "probably won't" perform again.
Britney recent Instagram post showed her kneeling on a bed as she posed with her back to the camera. Her hands are seen placed on her hips with her buttocks completely bare, save for a tiny heart emoji.
The singer, who has been at odds with her family, had a direct message for her father: "See this picture right here ... kiss my God damn mother f****** a** you f****** b******."
The picture came with a note to her fans in which she spilled details about her 13-year conservatorship under her father, which ended in November 2021. Britney had earlier gone on record, saying the conservatorship sent her into emotional and financial distress and that she "cried every day."
The deleted caption said: "...[T]he most offensive SO CALLED professional pictures on every tour. I mean they could have at least cheated and retouched them for me ... just saying ... 2 day shoots for new show in Vegas literally the worst ever ... and me excited for the pictures for 5 months on tour ... they never showed me any. I'd rather quit s*** in my pool and shoot photos of myself in studios over working with the most offensive people in my life."
"I'm pretty traumatized for life and yes I'm pissed as f*** and no I won't probably perform again just because I'm stubborn and I will make my point," Britney wrote in the latest post.
Britney's father was awarded her conservatorship, which controlled both her estate and herself after her separation from former husband, Kevin Federline, drove her into a mental health battle. The conservatorship was terminated after years-long efforts from Britney's side and #FreeBritney movement initiated by her fans.
Recently, the "Lucky" singer's teenage son, Jayden sat down with Federline for an interview with 60 Minutes: Australia, where he said he was embarrassed by his mother's frequent nude posts on Instagram. Federline claimed her posts were making the boys' lose face. Britney's sons now live with Federline after the singer received only 30% custody of the children, following a legal battle.
Britney had responded to her son's TV interview where he hoped his relationship with his mother can be repaired in the future: "It saddens me to hear that my ex-husband has decided to discuss the relationship between me and my children," she said in an Instagram post. "As we all know, raising teenage boys is never easy for anyone. It concerns me the reason is based on my Instagram. It was LONG before Instagram."
