Britney Spears has reportedly sold her Beverly Hills home for $4.25 million. The pop-princess has been trying to sell the mansion since 2008.Though the price of the sale is quite high, it's nothing compared to the value of other celebrity homes. According to Zap2It, Spears actually paid $6.8 million for the lavish home, which she barely lived in. After purchasing the mansion in 2007, Spears was in an out of psychiatric institutions and suffered from from a mental breakdown. Perhaps she was so anxious to sell the plush pad because it holds too many bad memories.
