Pop star, Britney Spears, enjoyed Valentine’s Day weekend with new beau Sam Asghari and her children in Malibu at a luxurious oceanfront estate, courtesy of Airbnb.

The $30 million, Mediterranean villa is on billionaire’s row and boasts two master bedrooms, five other bedrooms, six bathrooms, an infinity pool, a hot tub, a theater room and a living room. Extending off the living room, guests will also find an intimate patio equipped with a grill and TV, perfect for watching movies under the stars.

A-list neighbors include CBS President and CEO Les Moonves, art collector Eli Broad, David Geffen, DreamWorks CEO Jeffrey Katzenberg, musician Mariah Carey, and actresses Charlize Theron and Halle Berry.

The singer wanted to enjoy some down time with her family during a break from her residency in Vegas. Taking to her Instagram to show off her toned and tanned bikini body, the pop star spent quality time with her sons before heading out to an event for her and her boyfriend's first red carpet appearance.
