BTS Gave Halsey A Priceless Present: 'Best Gift They Have Given Me'

Earlier this year, K-Pop group BTS collaborated with "Eastside" singer Halsey on the band's single "Boy With Luv." This resulted not only in the group breaking a unique record, but also a newfound friendship.

According to Radio.com, before their Billboard Music Awards performance, the New Jersey native gave the boys matching friendship bracelets as a token of her appreciation for the work they did together.

"It's just so they remember me when they go away," she revealed, adding, "When they go back to Korea and I don't get to hang out with them every day like I do now."

However, the singers were then interested in returning the favor, which is why RM asked what she would like in return.

"First of all, that's cheating," she said, adding, "They're trying to figure out what I want by asking me and putting me on the spot."

Continuing, she stated that while she couldn't think of anything specifically, she did come up with a good answer when pressed.

"I think maybe just them always being so understanding and patient and calm and cool whenever we're doing stuff and I'm learning something for the first time. I think ultimately that's the best gift they have given me and can continue to give me," she said. She then added that she had messed up "a lot" during that learning process, but they had been patient, which "made it really fun."
