Cadillac Named Most Improved Luxury Brand by J.D. Power at New York International Auto Show 2012
Cadillac was named Most Improved Luxury Car Brand by J.D. Power and Associates at the 2012 New York International Auto Show, Wednesday.
J.D. Power declared Cadillac to be the most improved car brand over three years, beating out competing brands Porsche and Audi.
Cadillac was chosen based on its improved performance in five categories: Initial Quality Study (IQS); Vehicle Dependability Study (VDS); Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout (APEAL) Study; Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) Study; and Customer Service Index (CSI) Study.
Our mission has been to re-think and upgrade every element of the customer experience, said Kurt McNeil, vice president of Cadillac Sales and Service.
