Caitlyn Jenner's Relationship With Kardashians Strained After Sex Change

Even though Caitlyn Jenner, who used to be known as Olympic runner Bruce Jenner, still enjoys a wonderful relationship with her daughters Kendall and Kylie Jenner, the same cannot be said of her stepchildren with ex wife Kris Jenner.

After undergoing a sex change, a source told Entertainment Tonight that her relationship with the Kardashians have changed drastically. “Caitlyn’s relationship with the Kardashians - Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and Rob - is distant,” the source revealed. “They will always be nice and cordial with Caitlyn, mainly for Kendall and Kylie’s sake, but their relationship will never be the same as it was with Bruce.”

His transformation really strained their relationship, and it seems like the Kardashian family still cannot let go of the person they thought she was.

“The man who was in their lives for so many years is gone, and they don’t have the same relationship with Caitlyn,” the source continued. “Nothing bad happened, and they hold no grudges about the change Caitlyn made in her life, it's just different. They see Caitlyn when she is invited to an event for Kylie and Kendall, but there isn't private one-on-one time with them anymore.”

Khloe even opened up about her feelings about her stepdad during a recent episode of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

“For me, you're all I remember, Bruce was,” Khloe admitted. “So not having you in my life, it's a huge blow because I'm like, OK, my second dad, this guy that I've grown up with, that raised me, was taken away from me, but no one really let me have that.”

Khloe said she felt very protective of her mom, and she tried to stay positive while their family was thrust into a rollercoaster ride when Bruce came out as a woman.

Caitlyn even released her own memoir, and in it, Kris was portrayed as a horrible person. Kris claimed that Caitlyn made up all the nasty things she wrote about her and said she’s “done” trying to salvage their once good relationship.
