Last week, fans were treated to the teaser of the zombies mode coming to “Call of Duty: Black Ops 3.” Now there's a tease about where and when more details on the mode will be revealed.

San Diego Comic-Con next month will give fans a glimpse of the mode via a presentation by game director Jason Blundell, reports iDigital Times. This comes from the recently revealed schedule for the events at Comic-Con 2015.

Specifically, on July 9, Blundell will give an hourlong presentation on the new zombies mode. The developer describes the new mode as a mind-bending tale featuring the undead.

There is a mention of a star-studded cast, which brings to mind what the developer has done for “Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare,” in which they brought in celebrities as playable characters. More than the new zombies mode, San Diego Comic-Con also may bring announcements of collector's editions for “Call of Duty: Black Ops 3.”

Treyarch is set on delivering new things and innovations to “Call of Duty: Black Ops 3,” partly through the introduction of a new matchmaking system.

GamesRadar reports that Treyarch’s Mark Lamia shared details of the Safe House, an online space where those who will be teaming up in the multiplayer of “Call of Duty: Black Ops 3” can interact in different ways. These include customizing their own gear, spending XP and basically getting to know who you will be playing with.

“When we looked at data from ‘Black Ops 2,’ we discovered that people were playing multiplayer game modes in a single session, and we realized we had to make that easier, especially now we have a co-op experience,” said Lamia in an interview as quoted by GamesRadar.

Gamers will be able to make use of the Safe House beyond the multiplayer and into the single-player campaign. As Lamia mentioned, this would be a great way to enhance the co-op experience. However, the developer has yet to announce any details on how the new social feature will work and how it can further enhance “Call of Duty: Black Ops 3” as a title.
