'Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War' Beta Hack: How To Get Two Rewards
KEY POINTS
- “Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War” is just a few weeks away
- Activision offers a couple of rewards to “Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War” beta players
- These rewards are easy to earn and very useful when the game launches
Players have recently learned that the “Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War” beta has additional rewards that they can gain, but only while the beta is still live. Here are ways you can get in on the excitement before the actual game comes out.
The first reward available in “Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War” beta is the SMG Weapon Blueprint called Mutual Animosity. The reward is very easy to get and only entails players to spend a fair amount of the game’s beta. For the uninitiated, the weapon blueprint carries over to “Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War” when the game releases and players need to reach Level 10 during the beta to get it.
Activision describes the weapon blueprint as a variant of a weapon family within “Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War” loaded with a distinct name and cosmetic differences. It could also feature pre-equipped attachments that allow players to use them on a particular weapon without the need to unlock attachments or level up the weapon, the game developer added. These attachments could also be swapped out for other attachments earned by players through normal weapon leveling up, Activision explained.
The other reward available during the “Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War” beta is a character unlock for the CIA operative Russell Adler. The character was hinted at in the reveal trailer of the “Cold War.” Interestingly, unlike the other reward, players won’t have to wait for this since the character will be automatically added to the player’s “Call of Duty: Mobile” game.
However, it is worth noting that “Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War” players must unlock the character before the beta ends. To unlock Russell Adler and make him available to “Call of Duty: Mobile,” it is important to have an Activision account and that it should be linked to “Call of Duty: Mobile.”
Players need to play the beta of “Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold Ware” using the same Activision account. After that, a notification containing a code would be sent to the email. Typically, players would receive this email a week after the beta concludes.
Players need to enter their UID located under their “Call of Duty: Mobile” username with the Russell Adler code. The Adler reward could be retrieved from the “Call of Duty” mailbox.
“Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War” releases on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and Series S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows.
