The "Call of Duty: Warzone" Season 2 Reloaded update has rolled out a lot of features for fans to enjoy. Apparently, the same patch contains information about the things devs are working on. According to recent data mining activities, the game might soon introduce new modes, new vehicles and a new armor item.
Popular industry insider ZestyCOD shared several exciting details about three new possible game modes devs are reportedly working on for "Call of Duty: Warzone." These details were uncovered through data mining activities, which reveal several files called Bodycount, Satellite and BRZ. These files were shared along with a gif of vehicles loaded with soldiers shooting at each other as they explore the terrain of Verdansk.
Details about these files are scarce at the moment and the insider has not said anything about what these upcoming modes would be about. But according to Gamerant, the term Bodycount could refer to a certain reward's name for the player with the most number of kills. Meanwhile, the term Satellite could center on a particular area on the map. As for BRZ, it could be the continuation of the zombies spreading menace around Verdansk.
The insider also uncovered eight new vehicles in the files of "Call of Duty: Warzone" Season 2 Reloaded. In the said files, they are referred to as Big Bird, Box Truck, Medical Transport, Van, Personnel Transport, Pickup Truck and Police Car.
In addition to new vehicles and perhaps new game modes, data miners also uncovered a new item that might be introduced soon in the game: an equipable armor in the form of a helmet.
The information comes from another reliable industry insider Nanikos, who shared the details on Twitter. Based on the leak, "Call of Duty: Warzone" would soon introduce helmets in three tiers. The first tier would reportedly reduce the wearer's headshot damage by 15% while the second tier would reduce the headshot damage by 30%. Finally, the third tier would reduce the headshot damage by 30% as well as contusion and flash effects.
These details are not official, so fans should temper their expectations. However, many fans believe that Activision might roll out these recently discovered game modes, vehicles and an equipable helmet when the new version of Verdansk map launches.
