?Call Me Maybe? Harvard Baseball Team Dance Video Goes Viral [VIDEO]
A YouTube video featuring members of Harvard University's men's baseball team performing a choreographed dance to Carly Rae Jepsen's hit single, Call Me Maybe, has gone viral with more than 800,000 views in just three days. Watch it here.
The video was filmed, directed and uploaded by team member Connor Hulse and stars his teammates Jeff Reynolds, Steven Dill, Andrew Ferreira, Marcus Way, Kyle Larrow, Jon Smart and Joey Novak as well as a sleeping Jack Colton.
Yes, he was actually sleeping the whole time, Hulse wrote on YouTube.
The YouTube video's summary also links to the website of the Friends of Jaclyn Foundation for children with brain tumors.
The student newspaper, The Harvard Crimson, linked to the video on Monday, noting, This is not exactly what Steinbeck or a grizzled baseball veteran might have in mind for the great American highway.
The Crimson article goes on to note that the Harvard baseball team has 33 players but only nine appear in the video, before thanking them for providing some much-needed finals period entertainment.
