Rap hitmaker Cardi B is trading going under the knife for a pair of free weights. The "Press" rapper has announced that she has started working out because she refuses to get cosmetic surgery again.

"I been working out for the past 2 weeks cause [expletive] I ain't getting surgery again," she posted to Twitter on Wednesday. In the same tweet, the 26-year-old rapper shared the positive effects of her hard work, saying that she hasn't suffered from a headache since she started working out.

The news comes about a month after Cardi confirmed that she had liposuction and breast augmentation surgery. As previously reported, while performing at the Beale Street Music Festival in early May, the "Please Me" singer told festival-goers, "I shouldn’t really be performing because moving too much is gonna [expletive] up my lipo."

Despite Cardi's ambition, she did end up having to cancel "millions of dollars in shows." "You know I hate canceling shows," she said in an Instagram live last month. "But like, health is wealth, so I have to do what I have to do. My breasts gotta [expletive] heal."

Recently, the mother to 11-month-old Kulture posted a photo to show just how serious her surgery complications are. "Look how swollen my feet get every time I take a plane, imagine my body," she wrote over a photo of her swollen feet posted to her Instagram Story. "Reasons why my doctors told me to chill on shows. My stomach gets even more puffy. My feet and stomach burn when I get puffed up.”

Her condition had "Botched" doctor Dr. Terry Dubrow so alarmed he went on TMZ to share his medical perspective and concern for her condition. "I recommend Cardi B get seen very quickly," he warned the music artist on Wednesday.

Thankfully for Cardi, who is married to fellow rapper Offset, one-third of the group Migos, she seems to be doing what is needed to stay healthy.
