Carrie Underwood Returns To Oklahoma Hometown To Promote Calia Fitness Clothing Line [WATCH]
Carrie Underwood recently went back home to Oklahoma to promote her Calia By Carrie Underwood fitness clothing line.
On Tuesday, Sept. 6, the “American Idol” alum shared the latest promotional video for Calia on her Instagram account. “Every path starts somewhere. I went home to Checotah, OK and talked to three amazing young women about the incredible life lessons we learned from sports,” Underwood captioned the clip, which focuses on female empowerment. She encouraged her followers to check out the new promo as well as provided a link to the official Calia website.
The promo clip opens with the line, “What sports taught me,” which is followed by Underwood sharing what she hopes young women everywhere would realize. “I wish that young women knew that they are beautiful and they are capable,” she says in the video. “Whatever it is in life, whatever job they want to have, or if they want to be good in sports or music. I mean, whatever it is, every young woman needs to know that it's possible. If they realized that, they would just be absolutely unstoppable."
The Calia ad also featured several young women and Underwood herself playing different sports, including baseball, track and field, weightlifting and horseback riding. Check out Underwood’s new ad for Calia below!
Meanwhile, Underwood recently shared a photo of herself after an intense workout at the gym, In the selfie she posted last month, the 33-year-old mom-of-one looked stunning despite having absolutely no makeup on. "I'm a sweaty mess, but I'm a sweaty mess in an adorable tank!" she captioned the Instagram photo, which also brings to attention her striped top from her fitness clothing line.
The “Jesus Take The Wheel” singer, who welcomed her son Isaiah last year with husband Mike Fisher, has made it a habit to wear zero makeup when she’s working out or even when she’s shooting promotional photos or commercials for Calia.
