‘Cash Pad’: 5 Things To Know About ‘Bachelorette’ JoJo Fletcher's New Home Renovation Show
CNBC has announced that it is adding to its primetime lineup with a bevy of new shows in the real estate arena. Included in the new lineup is "Cash Pad" – a renovation series where "Bachelorette" couple JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers transform a home into a “lucrative short-term rental property.”
- "The Bachelorette" stars turned home flippers will partner up with homeowners to make the home transformations happen. These homeowners have hopes of their properties into short-term rentals with the help of Fletcher and Rodgers.
- The homes will be renovated from ordinary spaces into “profitable vacation-rental hot spots.”
- The show is being produced by Electus with Chris Grant, Drew Buckley, Tim Puntillo, Craig Plestis, and Ming Lee Howell as executive producers. Both Jim Ackerman and Marshall Eisen are the CNBC executive producers for "Cash Pad.”
- The show will air on what CNBC is calling “real estate Thursdays.”
- Other shows being introduced by CNBC include "Five Day Business Flip" and "Listing Impossible."
