‘A Certain Scientific Railgun T’ Episode 13 Airs On May 1 After Coronavirus Delay

The official website for “A Certain Scientific Railgun T” confirmed the airing of Episode 13 Friday (May 1). The episode was delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Episode 13, which was scheduled to air Friday (April 24), was postponed in the wake of the current coronavirus pandemic. However, it looks like the anime will resume broadcast with new episodes in May.

Moreover, “A Certain Scientific Railgun T” episode 13 will mark the beginning of a new arc – Dream Ranker. The official website also released a teaser still from the episode. Also, three new cast members are joining the series – Atsumi Tanezaki as Ryoko Kuriba, Sayumi Suzushiro as Rakko Yumiya, and Mayu Mineda as Shaei Miyama.

Meanwhile, in episode 12 of “A Certain Scientific Railgun T,” Gunha’s Super Amazing Punch helped in creating an opening, and Touma was able to get close to Mikoto.

Touma realized that he could not completely overthrow Mikoto’s powers. He suggested that he and Gunha can only stop her movements and buy time before someone can close her power source.

Elsewhere, Misaki followed Kihara Gensei as he looked for her in her safe house. She knew that Gensei wanted her alive because of the limiter release code for the Exterior. If he got his hands on the code, he would have full control over Mikoto.

Misaki decided to take down Gensei. But to her surprise, Gensei was able to escape her traps and revealed that he used powers of the espers.

During the episode, Gensei was able to locate Misaki using his clairvoyant left eye. He tried to weaken her immunity through physical torture. Later, Misaki escaper as Gensei became interested in Gunha and Touma’s attempt to stop Mikoto.

In episode 12, Misaki decided to give the limiter release code as she did not care about Mikoto. She wanted to get out of the city before it was destroyed. However, towards the end of the episode, Gensei was able to extract the code from her by using Mental Out.
