Serge Gnabry netted four goals as Bayern Munich decimated Tottenham Hotspur with a 7-2 victory on Tuesday in London.

Ex-Arsenal winger, Gnabry, later took to Twitter to troll his former club's rivals, Spurs. He tweeted pictures of him celebrating the four goals with a captain that read," North London is RED!!!"

The stunning show at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium made Gnabry only the second German player to score four goals in a Champions League match after Mario Gomez, who achieved the feat against Basel in March 2012.

The German also became just the second player to score four goals in a single half of a Champions League match after Shakhtar Donetsk's Luiz Adriano did in the first half of their 7-0 win at BATE Borisov four years ago in October.

Ironically, on Tuesday, it was Spurs who had a better start as Son Heung-min put them 1-0 up just 12 minutes after the whistle. However, the tourists went into the break at 2-1, thanks to the goals from Joshua Kimmich and Robert Lewandowski. Just a few minutes into the second half, Gnabry added two more goals in Munch's scoreline.

Harry Kane's converted a penalty successfully at the 61st minute and that allowed the Spurs to breathe a sigh of relief before Gnabry scored two more goals to completely destroy Arsenal's arch-rivals.
After putting up a fantastic show in North London, Gnabry made a small mention of his former club's fans.

"It's difficult to put this into words, winning 7-2. None of us would have imagined this. To have scored four goals is also an amazing feeling. I imagine all the Arsenal fans enjoyed that one! It's a great result for us and we're going to enjoy the evening," the 24-year-old midfielder told Sky Sports.

With two out of two wins, the German champions are on the top of Group B in the Champions League, while Spurs are placed third with a draw and a loss.
