Charlie Sheen’s Fiancée, Porn Star Brett Rossi, Still Legally Married To Another Man

Charlie Sheen’s fiancée, former porn star Brett Rossi, is still legally married to her estranged husband, Jonathan Ross.

Sheen’s representative Jeff Ballard told People that Rossi is yet to settle the divorce with her husband.

"She's been separated from this guy for two years," he reportedly said. "It's just a matter of the paperwork winding its way through the court system."

Ballard added: "Charlie and Scottie have no secrets," referring to Rossi's nickname. "Charlie is well aware of Scottie's situation."

The court documents that have been obtained by Radar Online show that Ross filed for divorce from Rossi last July. Rossi did not file a response until Jan. 30. Sheen’s family attorney Mark Gross has been appointed as Rossi’s lawyer.

The “Anger Management” star proposed to Rossi in Hawaii after taking her there on a Valentine's Day weekend break.

"I was not expecting it at all," Rossi told E! Online at the time. "We had a beautiful Valentine's Day and he proposed to me early this morning after we watched the sun rise."

Sheen wrote on his Twitter account on Feb. 14: “in a moment of Kray-zee gratitude; I got my gal!! 4evurr!”

Sheen has been married three times in the past. He was married for one year to model Donna Peele in the mid-90s, followed by a marriage to actress Denise Richards in 2002, whom he divorced in 2006. They have two daughters together, Sam J. Sheen and Lola Rose Sheen. In 2008, Sheen married actress Brooke Mueller and has two twin sons, Bob and Max, from the marriage.
