Chelsea Handler, the Chelsea Lately host and her hotelier boyfriend, Andre Balazs, have broken up after about seven months of dating.

The stand-up comedienne’s representative has confirmed that the pair has indeed parted ways, according to Us Weekly. No reason for the separation has been given, but it is being speculated that the long distance thing was not a good idea for them.

On CNN's Piers Morgan Tonight this May, Handler mentioned about her latest boyfriend for whom she had very strong feelings.

I'm seeing someone now, but, I have spent so much time exposing my personal life to everybody that I finally am in a situation where I feel like it's disrespectful to another person, she said.

The couple was still together on Halloween weekend at New York's Standard hotel. However Balazs was not accompanying Handler to Glamour's Women of the Year awards on Monday in New York.

A source told Page Six that She's fine. If she's feeling down, she's certainly not showing it.

Longtime friend Jenifer Aniston helped honor her with Women of the Year award from Glamour magazine.

Handler has previously been linked to rapper 50 Cent, Animal Planet's Dave Salmoni and television producer Dave Salmoni.
