Chelsee Healey Nip Slip: ‘Accidental’ Wardrobe Malfunction on ‘Strictly's Halloween Special Exposed Much More [PHOTOS, VIDEO]

The 23-year-old “Waterloo Road” actress and contestant on “Strictly Come Dancing” suffered a “nip slip” while performing with partner Pasha Kovaley on the show's Halloween special.

Chelsee broke into tears on stage just as her performance ended. Dressed in a Halloween-themed costume, she was performing a tango with partner Pasha and suddenly the top of her enticing dress began to slip down, revealing more than the cleavage.

She quickly tried to cover it without becoming too concious and did complete her routine gracefully; it did, however, affect her performance to an extent.

“You coped quite well but it did throw you, that’s why it was a bit of a mess towards the end,” said the judge who reviewed the performance. The judges however tried to console her by saying that it happens all the time.

“You have nothing to cry about, my darling. It did not distract from the dance, said another judge Alesha Dixon.

Can I just reassure you, we saw absolutely nothing, said the host Tess Daly.

Chelsee was seen upset, crying and feeling low during the show; later she tweeted Mortified I got upset on strictly! Just upset that I let @PashaKovalev down! He's worked so hard and I messed up!

She added this morning: Hello tweepz! Wow my feet are so sore! Just woke up feeling very embarrassed after last night’s performance! Thank you so much for u tweets xxx.

Well, this Halloween doesn’t seem quite favourable for the English actress after the “accidental” wardrobe malfunction. One hopes that she will remember the judges' words, “it happens all the time” on reality shows.
