Cher and her much younger boyfriend, Alexander Edwards, looked intimate when they stepped out in Malibu, California, this week.

On Monday evening, the 76-year-old singer was photographed with her 36-year-old beau when they stepped out to grab dinner at the beach city.

In photos exclusively released by the Daily Mail on Tuesday, Cher and her lover were very touchy while leaving the trendy Japanese restaurant Nobu.

The pair held hands as they walked side-by-side, not minding the paparazzi taking pictures of them from a distance.

At one point, the younger musician placed his hand on Cher's hip by the valet stand.

For the special date night with the music executive she met almost two months ago, the "Believe" songstress rocked a black blazer with shiny metallic design elements. She also wore dark slacks and calf-length motorcycle boots.

As for Edwards, he was dressed casually in a black, long-sleeved T-shirt with a Dead Head logo on the back. He also wore dark slacks and black boots.

The couple was joined by Cher's longtime friend Loree Rodkin for dinner. The 73-year-old jewelry designer is famous for making the jewelry worn by former first lady Michelle Obama at the January 2009 inaugural ball.

One snap showed Edwards opening the door of their ride for Cher before they left the area together.

Cher is aware of the backlash over their age gap. She previously slammed the haters who have been voicing their disapproval of her romance with Edwards on social media.

"I'm not defending us. Haters are gonna hate... Doesn't matter. That we're happy & not bothering anyone," she tweeted earlier this month.

When other users expressed their concern for Cher, saying that Edwards' intentions were a bit "suspicious," the singer defended herself and their relationship.

"As we all know... I WASN'T BORN YESTERDAY & what I know for sure... There are no guarantees. anytime you make a choice you take a chance. I've always taken chances... It's WHO I am," she wrote on the micro-blogging site.

The two reportedly met during Paris Fashion Week, which ran from Sept. 26 to Oct. 4. Late last month, they were spotted holding hands while heading to a popular restaurant in West Hollywood, sparking romance rumors.

Edwards previously dated Amber Rose. The exes even share a 3-year-old son, Slash.
