The release of last week's Beginning of the Great Revival heralded the beginning of a series of events in China marking the anniversary of the establishment of the Communist Party in the country. The film stars the Chinese film industry's biggest names such as Andy Lau and Chow Yun-fat and traces the developments between the 1911 revolution that overthrew imperial rule and the establishment of the Chinese Communist Party in July of 1921.
On July 1st , China will celebrate the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party in China (CPC). Here's a look at some of the preparations:
