Chris Brown Dances With Daughter Royalty On Instagram After Skipping Karrueche Tran Court Date

After skipping his court date to address ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran’s restraining order, Chris Brown spent some quality time with his daughter Royalty.

On Monday, the singer shared the special moment on Instagram which featured himself and his little girl having a mini dance party.

In the video, Brown and the 2-year-old are laying across from one another in what looks to be a dance rehearsal space. The 26-year-old singer is scheduled to kick off his Party Tour at the end of the month and it is likely that he was taking a break from preparing for his upcoming performances.

In the adorable video, Royalty is wearing a leotard and a tutu as she mimics her father’s dance move. Brown pops up from laying on the floor, positions himself on his knees and then transitions into a standing position.

Royalty eagerly follows her dad’s moves but quickly seems uninterested as his dance routine turns a little more complicated. The toddler attempts to follow Brown’s moves but decides it’s not for her and runs away somewhere off camera.

The singer’s time with his daughter comes several days after skipping his March 9 court date with Tran. Brown was never served with official court documents so a judge pushed back the court date to March 29, hoping the singer will be served by then.

Tran requested a restraining order after to swearing to a judge that she was in fear for her life following threats from her ex-boyfriend.

The model explained that the singer has previously physically abused her which included punching her in the stomach and pushing her down the stairs. Lately, Tran has said the singer has been sending her threats and told friends if he couldn’t have her no one could.

It is unclear whether Brown has been served with official documents meaning his appearance in court at the end of March is up in the air.​
