Chris Brown-Drake Feud Update: 'Loyal' Singer Thinks Drake's Interest In Karrueche Tran Led To Diss Song In Future Mixtape
Chris Brown thinks Drake dissed him and Karrueche Tran in his latest mixtape because he is “jealous” of the “Loyal” singer, Hollywood Life reported, citing a source. The Canadian rapper, who is already feuding with Meek Mill for months, took a shot at Brown and his former girlfriend in a song featured in his joint mixtape with Future, titled “What a Time to Be Alive.”
“Dudes are so jealous of Chris and for the first time in his life, he knows why: Everyone wants to have what he had,” the source told Hollywood Life. “Key word is had! Chris already had Karrueche -- all of Karrueche! And now Drake and The Game both want her. Pathetic. Can’t these dudes be original like they claim to be in their music and get their own girl.”
The source added: “Chris thinks they’re just second hand dudes who have no game or mouth piece to pull chicks. If it weren’t for the fact that Drake and Game are both famous rappers, they’d wouldn’t have women. Period. But Chris gets it: he gets the finest girl on the planet and all the dudes envy him for that.”
According to the insider, Brown is still willing to take the latest battle with Drake to the next level if the “Back to Back” rapper continues to diss him.
“Getting women is a war Drake doesn’t want to engage in with Chris,” the source told Hollywood Life. “Chris just might swoop on in and take Serena [Williams] from him. Chris does have a tennis court in his backyard and he’s single too. He’d love to have some one on one private sessions with her, best believe!”
The Brown and Drake feud erupted after the latter made reference to Tran in his new song called "Live From the Gutter," saying: "This for my n----- on that bulls---- and that nonsense/ This for my dogs who go Karrueche with the chopsticks."
Brown responded to Drake’s diss by posting a photo with his daughter Royalty on Instagram and captioning it, "I'm too blessed for the bulls---."
The 26-year-old singer went on to add: “People who have had to sit a watch me for years do me and watch their females actually love me always show their insecurities. I embrace anything God has given me. It's bigger than this music s----. I'm content with being Chris Brown. A lot of people are unhappy and a lot of these artist lie to the fans or rely on hype to gain substance. You n----- bore me. Ima keep being who God made me to be! #IAMMUSIC #othersbarelyholdanote #thesehandsworkgreat.”
