Although the celebrity couple split in 2009 after Chris Brown was arrested for assaulting Rihanna, rumors surrounding a reunion have been flooding the Internet, especially after the two recorded a remix of Ri-Ri's latest single, Birthday Cake. Brown was forced to complete domestic violence counseling and was on probation for five years following the incident.

Recent social media activity shows that the We Found Love singer may not be over Chris Brown. Yesterday Rihanna and Tran took jabs at one another via Facebook and Twitter.

Brown's current girlfriend quoted a Nicki Minaj quote on Facebook, saying I'm Angelina, you're Jen. C'mon you see where Brad is it. This was a retaliation to a photo the singer tweeted of a bag of rice cakes with sunglasses and large hoop earrings, suggesting a racial jab at the Vietnamese model.

Ri wants to know whether she can trust Chris again, the source also said. They both still love each other, but neither is sure they can be together.
