Is Chris Brown Single? A Look Back At His Love Life On 28th Birthday

Chris Brown will have plenty to celebrate on Friday when he turns 28 years old, but will the singer have a special lady by his side to ring in his big day?

Brown’s love life tends to always be in the headlines, but lately, it seems like the singer has hit a wall in the romance department. He hasn’t really been romantically linked to anyone since February when he was giving his attention to his Black Pyramid model Vanessa Vargas.

In February, he shared a seductive photo of Vargas. “Dat look” he captioned the photo that has since been deleted.

The model replied by writing “Daddy” in the “Privacy” singer’s comments section which made fans go wild over the potential romance. The two continued to hang out, even attending a pre-Grammys party together. However, not much else seems to be happening with the pair.

Prior to his rumored romance, Brown was living the single life, but seemed like he may have finally found a steady partner when he began hanging out with model Krista Santiago towards the end of 2016.

The two were spotted at several events together including a basketball game. Santiago even shared a photo on Instagram of a piece of “Dragon Ball Z” art and tagged Brown’s Instagram handle in the picture.

Brown shared the same photo which has since been deleted to his Instagram account of a painting featuring a “Dragon Ball Z” character fighting Pikachu from “Pokemon.” Brown referred to the work of art as a “Konfuzed Collab.”

The romance seemed like it may have been serious seeing as Brown helped Santiago celebrate her birthday, allowing her to have a party at his home and gifting her a Rolex watch and a custom cake.

However, the romance quickly fell apart days later when Brown commented on a sexy photo on his ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran’s Instagram account.

In Tran’s seductive photo she simply captioned the picture “Baby.” However, Brown seemed to like the picture and wrote “Still want it,” making it know that he is still interested in dating the “Claws” actress despite their split.

In fact, not long after his comments revealing that he still had feelings for his ex-girlfriend, Brown got into a social media feud with rapper Soulja Boy after he liked one of Tran’s pictures.

The rapper took to social media and revealed that Brown called him to complain about liking the model’s pictures and things went downhill from there with the artist exchanging threats and at one point attempting to set up a boxing match. However, Brown eventually backed out of the fight due to other parties causing conflicts in the business deal.

Brown was hit with further drama when Tran filed a restraining order against him out of fear he would kill her. The model accused Brown of punching her in the stomach and throwing her down the stairs during the course of their relationship which was off and on between 2010 to 2015.

Lately, romance seems to be the farthest thing from Brown’s mind. The singer is currently on his “Party” tour and providing the best performances for his fans. However, that doesn’t mean the rapper isn’t having fun. On April 25, he shared a video of himself dancing with several girls backstage at his tour and enjoying the perks of being single.

Brown may not have a steady girlfriend at the moment but he is still making the most out of the single life.
