A woman is suing Chris Brown for $20 million for allegedly drugging and raping her at a party in Florida in December 2020, a report says.

The alleged assault took place on a yacht docked at a property in Miami owned by Sean "Diddy" Combs, according to the lawsuit obtained by Page Six.

Brown's reps and attorney have not responded to requests for comment, but the 32-year-old singer appeared to address the allegations via Instagram Story.

"Whenever I’m releasing music or projects, 'THEY' try to pull some real bulls–t," he posted, adding a cap emoji — slang for "lies."

George Vrabeck, the lawyer of the alleged victim, said in a statement to Page Six, "We have no idea who 'they' are. Ariel Mitchell and I are attorneys representing a young woman that was raped. Come on, we're not the Illuminati. We intend to hold ALL parties accountable so that we might begin to eradicate this behavior from our society."

"This is what all abusers say. We look forward to our day in court," Mitchell, Vrabeck's partner in the case, added of Brown's response to her client's claims.

In the lawsuit, filed Thursday in Los Angeles, the alleged victim — a professional choreographer and musician who is named Jane Doe in the documents — said she was afraid to reveal her identity because she "now fears for her life and career."

The California-based woman alleged that she was invited to a party at Combs' home on Star Island by an unidentified friend while she was on vacation in Miami.

An unnamed source told Page Six that the alleged incident took place on a yacht that was docked outside Combs' home — and not owned by the music mogul. "In essence, he has nothing to do with this lawsuit," the source said of Combs.

Jane Doe alleged that when she was inside the yacht, Brown offered her drinks that led her to feel a "sudden, unexplained change in consciousness." She allegedly felt "disoriented, physically unstable and started to fall in and out of sleep."

The "Look At Me Now" rapper allegedly took her into a bedroom, removed her bikini bottom and had sex with her, the lawsuit said. She "mumbled" for him to stop, but Brown allegedly ignored her, according to her lawsuit.

The following day, Jane Doe claimed that Brown gave her an apology "of sorts" and said he was very "faded" and "didn't remember if he had ejaculated into her." He also allegedly suggested that she take a "Plan B" birth control pill to terminate any possible pregnancy, the lawsuit said. The plaintiff claimed that she sought medical care and STD testing.

On Jan. 16, Brown allegedly invited her into his home in California while he worked on his new music, and she agreed. After a recording session, he allegedly invited her into his bedroom, but she declined. He allegedly became "loud and irate" and called her "slut," according to the lawsuit.

"Chris Brown ranted that she 'would never make it as an artist' unless she was willing to do what it 'takes' — implying to her that sex with him was a condition to being a successful artist," the lawsuit alleged.

Due to the trauma from the alleged incident, Jane Doe has experienced "dramatic mood swings, loss of appetite [and] panic attacks." She also claimed to have engaged in self-harm.

Her lawyer, Vrabeck, said Jane Doe was not ready to make a statement at this time but suggested that more allegations against Brown may surface later.

"Our client deserves justice," he added. "The same justice that all victims of sexual abuse deserve."

Another woman identified only as Jane Doe also sued the "Party" singer for sexual assault a few years ago over an alleged incident in 2017. In 2020, the case was dismissed. However, there were no details about the settlement, and Brown's lawyer declined to comment.
