Chris Brown Tweets About Rihanna? 'You Have To Like A Person To Love Them,' He Says

Chris Brown often uses Twitter to vent, and he recently posted a statement on the social media site that seems to be about former love Rihanna. The tweet spoke about love and relationships.

“How do u build a house without a foundation [sic]????” Chris tweeted. “Friendship brings the trust and love stronger. You have to like a person to love them!”

While Rihanna is partying back home in Barbados for Carnival, Brown seems to be reminiscing about their relationship, and possibly what went wrong. Just last month, the 24-year-old artist admitted that he is no longer with Karrueche Tran, also his on-and-off girlfriend, or Rihanna.

“[Fans have] seen me on and off again with different girls, you know who they are, but right now, as a 24-year-old man, I just choose to be single! I’m still good friends with them. [Now] it’s just me being focused with my music and doing this stuff. Right now, I’m in my prime,” Brown told Hollywood Life. But though he said he is still good friends with both, that does not truly seem to be the case.

If the tweet is in fact about Rihanna, this would not be the first time he has written about her on Twitter. Back in May, he unfollowed the 25-year-old on the site when pictures were posted of her kissing an apparent fan after one of her performances in New Jersey. he wrote on Twitter, “Sometime loving someone is too much [sic]! So loving from a distance will help everyone grow! Be blessed. Live ya life!”

Rihanna went on to reply, hinting that Brown was disloyal and disrespectful when they were together, “Settling is not an option! Nothing less than 100% loyalty, honesty, and respect!! Love ain’t for kids [sic].”
