Chrissy Teigen Reflects On Bond With Kim Kardashian, Says Kanye West 'Goes Off The Grid'

Chrissy Teigen recently opened up about her friends Kanye West and Kim Kardashian's ongoing divorce, saying she is more in touch with the reality TV star than her husband, John Legend, is with the rapper.

The 35-year-old model appeared on the "Watch What Happens Live" show on Wednesday, which is hosted by Andy Cohen. The show featured a bunch of fans who got a chance to speak to Teigen directly, and one of them asked about her husband's bond with West, 43.

"I will say I have definitely been in touch with Kim more than John has been in touch with Kanye," Teigen replied. "If anyone knows Kanye, it’s that he goes off the grid and it’s hard to ever contact him."

The mother of two also reflected on Kardashian's state following the split, and revealed, "Kim is doing OK."

"I know Kim gave her all for everything and it’s honestly a shame that it didn’t work out because I saw them being a forever relationship. I really did, but I know she tried her best," Teigen explained.

It seems Teigen's conversation on Kardashian and West's divorce didn't go well with the netizens as they took the comment section of YouTube to bash the model.

One of the users wrote, "I would not like my friend talking about me like that to the media. unless kim gave her the green light. this sounds like its nobody's business tbh."

While some users noted Teigen tried to paint Kardashian in great light, another user shared his support for West, "Kanye is definitely a ♊ [Gemini] sometimes you have to go off the grid. Regather, recoup, heal, and push forward."

The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star filed for divorce from the "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy" rapper in February to end their seven years of marriage. The former couple is now seeking joint legal and physical custody of their four children, North, 7, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 1.

The 40-year-old reality TV star is currently enjoying her time with her family and friends. A report also revealed Kardashian's DMs are filled with messages from billionaire CEOs and royals following the split.
