‘Christmas At Graceland’ 2019 Hallmark Movie Premiere: ‘Home For The Holidays’ Cast, Trailer
After Kellie Pickler and Wes Brown’s “Christmas at Graceland” last year, and their sequel, “Wedding at Graceland,” earlier in 2019, Hallmark Channel’s sending viewers back to the home of Elvis Presley tonight with “Christmas at Graceland: Home for the Holidays.”
This time around, it’s a whole new cast —Adrian Grenier and Kaitlin Doubleday — and a whole new story.
“Drive Me Crazy” actor Grenier, after making his Hallmark debut with “Love at First Glance” in 2017, is back with an all-new romance flick, and, this time, it’s all about Christmas.
Meanwhile, “Empire” and “Nashville” alum Doubleday is making her return to Hallmark Channel for her first starring role on the network after first having a supporting role in “Chance at Romance” with Erin Krakow five years ago.
Fellow “Nashville” actor Eric Close, who directed the first two movies in the “Christmas at Graceland” franchise, is back as the director for this third film in the series, which was written by Nicole Baxter (“Christmas Bells Are Ringing”).
“World-traveler Harper Ellis (Doubleday) returns to Memphis for the holidays to stay with her family and interview for an overseas position at a museum,” the synopsis shares of the new Countdown to Christmas movie. “While there, she takes an au pair position for wealthy widow Owen Reed (Grenier) while she awaits news about the museum job. Though Harper’s spontaneity and Owen’s love of structure initially clash, the two feel an undeniable spark. Harper encourages Owen to break out of his routine and spend more time with his children, while Owen encourages Harper to have confidence.”
The synopsis continues: “Harper and Owen even prepare for a joint event at Graceland featuring a fundraiser for Owen’s company and an exhibit on Elvis at Christmas Harper is producing for Priscilla Presley. When Harper and Owen develop romantic feelings for each other, and Harper realizes how much she enjoys living close to family, she must decide if she will make her home for the holidays her forever home.”
The Hallmark movie’s cast also includes Priscilla Presley (herself), Chase Bryant (himself), Sunny Mabrey (Maggie), Alan Wells (Keith), Lori Beth Sikes (Regina), Nina Thurmond (Camilla Reed), Trace Masters (Tyler Reed), Laney Malone (Adelaide Reed), Hailey Harris (Petra), Anniston Almond (Anna Ellis), Damian Cecere (Davis), Sejal Mehta (Alyson) and Shaleen Cholera (Radford).
“Christmas at Graceland: Home for the Holidays” premieres on Hallmark Channel on Saturday at 8 p.m. EST.
