‘Christmas Love Letter’ Lifetime Movie Premiere: Cast, Trailer, Synopsis
Love may just be the greatest gift of all this holiday season—or at least, it could be in the newest Lifetime Christmas movie, “Christmas Love Letter,” starring Ashley Newbrough and Tilky Jones.
Both Newbrough and Jones are famous for other projects, but definitely have the experience to pull off their own Christmas movie, the first they’re starring in together. While Newbrough, who also starred as Sage Baker on “Privileged,” previously starred in this year’s “A Marry Christmas Match” on Hallmark Movies and Mysteries, 2018’s “Small Town Christmas,” and 2017’s ION Television film “Snowmance,” Jones has his own impressive resume. The former Take 5 band member previously starred in 2014’s “Naughty & Nice,” opposite Haylie Duff, and 2017’s “Second Chance Christmas” from UpTV.
So what will happen in their new film? Let’s find out.
“When relationship advice columnist Amalie Hess receives an unsigned love letter in a Christmas card, she returns to her hometown to solve the mystery of who sent it and maybe find true love,” a synopsis for the film reads.
Of course, when she heads home, there could be any number of men responsible for the love note, which will make her search for answers interesting. While Ian (Jones) may seem like the most logical choice, could it be someone else who’s heart she has captured? Or will she find that her admirer isn’t someone she wants to be with at all?
Chanté Bowser and Izzy Herbert also star.
“Christmas Love Letter” airs Saturday at 6 pm. EST on Lifetime.
