Week 9 of the 2017 college football season features a few really good games between some of the best teams in the country. A few teams ranked near the top of the AP Top 25 Poll are underdogs, as a result, according to the latest betting odds.

The biggest game of the week is easily the Big 10 matchup between No.2 Penn State and No.6 Ohio State. The Nittany Lions are undefeated this season, but the betting line favors the Buckeyes at home. Penn State is coming off a big win over Michigan, in which they easily covered the point spread by beating the Wolverines 42-13.

No.14 NC State visits No.9 Notre Dame in another battle of top-15 teams. The Fighting Irish beat USC by 35 points a week ago, giving them two wins over teams that are currently ranked in the top 20.

No.22 West Virginia is a 7.5-point underdog at home because they host No.11 Oklahoma. The Mountaineers have already faced three ranked opponents, and their game with the Sooners is tied for the week’s highest over/under.

No.5 Wisconsin is the week’s biggest favorite as they get set to visit unranked Illinois. The game between No.18 UCF and Austin Peay is expected to be so one-sided that there is no betting line available.

No.16 Michigan State is the smallest favorite of any ranked team. They could be upset in their visit to Northwestern.

Below are the complete betting lines for all the Week 9 college football games with top-25 teams, including the point spreads and totals. These are the consensus odds from multiple sportsbooks in Las Vegas and online, via OddsShark.
