Three undefeated schools have a strong shot of winning the national championship ahead of this weekend's conference championship. Oddsmakers list six schools with a chance of winning the title before the College Football Playoff is set.

To little surprise, the Alabama Crimson Tide (12-0) are overwhelming favorites to win another title at 1/2 odds, per Vegas Insider. Nick Saban has won five national championships with Alabama since 2010 and the Tide have won titles in two of the last three years.

While Alabama is a big favorite, Clemson (12-0) is the clear runner-up. The Tigers have 7/2 odds of winning their second title in three years. Alabama and Clemson have faced off in the last three College Football Playoff tournaments, with Alabama winning two of those games.

Clemson is well ahead of the rest of the pack. Notre Dame, undefeated in 12 games, has the third-best odds at 9/1, and slightly ahead of Ohio State (10/1) and Georgia (12/1). Oklahoma is a longshot at 16/1 odds.

The title odds will be more clear after Saturday. Georgia will be knocked out of contention should they lose to Alabama in the SEC Championship. Clemson and Ohio State are expected to cruise against big underdogs, while Oklahoma faces rival Texas. Notre Dame is idle.

Michigan is no longer in the picture after losing to Ohio State on Saturday.

Undefeated Central Florida is ranked No. 8 in the CFP rankings and would need a win over Memphis and several upsets to be considered for a spot in the CFP.
