The Milwaukee Bucks and Boston Celtics are the only two teams that have officially advanced to the second round of the 2019 NBA playoffs, but several others are expected to join them in short order. The Golden State Warriors, Houston Rockets, Portland Trail Blazers, Philadelphia 76ers and Toronto Raptors all have a 3-1 lead in their respective first-round series.

It would be surprising to see any of those aforementioned teams lose three straight games and fail to reach the conference semifinals. It’s highly unlikely that any of those series will even make it to a Game 7.

Portland, Philadelphia and Toronto will all look to clinch at home Tuesday night. Golden State and Houston will both get the chance to do so Wednesday.

All five teams are favored to win, but which team is most likely to be stunned and blow their seemingly insurmountable series lead?

According to the latest odds, via OddsShark, the Oklahoma City Thunder have far and away the best chance to make a historic comeback.

The Thunder entered the first round as the only team favored to defeat a higher seeded opponent, and despite Portland’s Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum thoroughly outplaying Russell Westbrook and Paul George through four games, Oklahoma City has better than 5/1 odds to reach the second round.

The Brookly Nets are up next with 16/1 odds. Brooklyn stole Game 1 from Philadelphia on the road, but they’ve lost three games in a row, even with Joel Embiid sitting out a contest.

The Orlando Magic took the series opener in Toronto. The East’s No.7 seed is given 20/1 odds to come back.

Golden State and Houston are considered certainties to meet in the second round. The Warriors’ three wins over the Los Angeles Clippers have come by a combined 52 points. The Rockets had 1/1000 odds to advance when they entered Monday night with a 3-0 series lead over the Utah Jazz.

Eleven teams in history have blown a 3-1 series lead in the playoffs. The last time it happened was in the 2016 NBA Finals when Golden State lost to LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers.

No team has blown a 3-1 first-round lead since the NBA expanded the conference quartefinals to best-of-seven in 2003.
