Cristiano Ronaldo, Girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez Expecting First Child Together

Cristiano Ronaldo has announced that his girlfriend, Georgina Rodriguez, is carrying their first child together. The Portugal national team forward has admitted that he’s overjoyed to be expecting his fourth kid.

On Tuesday, Ronaldo finally addressed rumors that Rodriguez is pregnant by confirming that she indeed has a bun in the oven during his interview with Spanish news outlet El Mundo. When asked how he feels about it, the football superstar said that he is very happy to be expecting another child.

Ronaldo’s girlfriend stirred up pregnancy rumors early last week when the athlete shared on Instagram a photo of them lounging on the sofa. In the photo, Ronaldo can be seen resting on the couch with one baby on his lap. Beside him is Rodriguez who is holding her stomach. Rodriguez’s gesture quickly led fans to suspect that she’s pregnant, according to Us Weekly.

The rumors further swirled when Ronaldo posted a photo showing his family, including his oldest son Cristiano Jr, now 7, and Rodriguez, who is seen carrying one of the twins while her baby bump is on full display.

Prior to the posts, the 23-year-old was spotted out and about Ronaldo while sporting a small bump. However, Rodriguez’s mother has come forward to deny the speculations, saying her daughter was not expecting.

Ronaldo’s confirmation comes after he welcomed his twins Mateo and Eva in June via surrogacy. In his latest interview, Ronaldo shared that his twins are doing great. “They are precious. I am delighted,” the soccer star added.

Meanwhile, the identity of his first son’s mother remains to be a mystery. Several sources have claimed in the past that the woman was from San Diego and that she was paid £10million ($13 million) by the 32-year-old professional footballer, as per Daily Mail.

Ronaldo reportedly became smitten with Rodriguez after spotting her in the VIP section of a Dolce & Gabbana party recently. However, there are insiders who are claiming that the two have been dating a few months before that.

At present, Ronaldo is enjoying his vacation with his family in Ibiza since it is still the pre-season break after the Confederations Cup. They are reportedly enjoying spending time on a yacht and dining at local restaurants in the Mediterranean island.
