Cynthia Bailey is speaking out on the clash she had with her “Ultimate Girls Trip” co-stars when they were filming the show.
The 54-year-old model and television personality exclusively revealed to Page Six in a report published Thursday that there was tension on the set of the “Real Housewives” spinoff and that she felt “disrespected” by her co-stars.
Without dropping names, Bailey said she had arguments with three cast members. However, one fight stood out among the rest since she was unable to “really shake it off” for the remainder of the trip.
“There were a couple of different situations. And one situation, it was just a matter of me feeling just a little disappointed in one of the ladies on the trip and hurt and, actually, disrespected,” she told the outlet.
Speaking further on the issue, Bailey shared that she fought with a second cast member because they just couldn’t agree on something. Even though the second woman apologized to her, she was also unable to let it go.
“I will say, to her credit, she did apologize quite a few times. At that point, I was kind of in a funk and I just couldn’t let it go, and looking back I wish I had accepted the apology and just let it go all the way,” she said.
Although Bailey did not name the cast members she fought with on the show, the trailer for the spinoff series featured scenes hinting at her tense interactions with “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kenya Moore and “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Kyle Richards.
On the other hand, Bailey disclosed that the third cast member she feuded with was “Real Housewives of New York City” star Ramona Singer. However, they already sorted things out between them and have since “moved on.”
Meanwhile, in an interview with Us Weekly, Bailey revealed that she made a new friend in “Real Housewives of New Jersey” veteran Teresa Giudice during the trip. According to her, they bonded when the latter shared her previous experience in jail.
The news comes less than a month after Bailey officially announced that she’s exiting “Real Housewives of Atlanta” after 11 seasons.
“After much thought and consideration, I have made the very difficult and heartfelt decision not to return for the next season of Real Housewives of Atlanta. Thank you NBC Universal, Bravo, and Truly Original for over a decade of partnership. I can’t wait to see what we do next!” she wrote on Instagram in September.
