Cynthia Nixon Buys Loft in New York City’s NoHo Neighborhood

Actress Cynthia Nixon has snapped up some prime real estate, and it's only blocks away from Sex and the City costar Sarah Jessica Parker.

The Wit actress bought a four bedroom, four bathroom loft in New York City's NoHo neighborhood with fiancée Christine Marinoni for $3.25 million, according to a report from The Real Deal.

The loft has 2,500 square feet of space. The living room alone is 300 square feet, per a report in The New York Observer, so there's plenty of room for the couple's little ones. Nixon has two children from a former partner and one child with Marinoni.

The couple and their family have been residing in the Upper West Side.

Their new place, located at 10 Bleecker Street, will have plenty of yummy eateries, including Japanese hotspot Bond Street and Italian restaurant il Buco.

And when she and Marinoni need some alone, adult time, they can head over to Von for a glass of wine or two.
