Your favorite pros will be shaking it out in the ballroom once again when “Dancing With the Stars” returns for an all new season this fall. Recently, the long-running ABC series revealed that Season 23 of the toe-tapping reality show would make its way back to the small screen Monday, Sept. 12.

“Dancing with the stars will be making a splash ONE MONTH from today,” the official Twitter account of “Dancing With the Stars” wrote. But the Season 23 premiere date wasn’t the only exciting news revealed. The network also unveiled the promo photo of the forthcoming season — an image that featured Season 8 Mirror Ball champion Artem Chigvinstev sharing a dance with pro dancer Sharna Burgess. The pictured tied in with the wet and wild theme of Season 23 as the ensembles of the pros turned into a blue liquid. Talk about making a splash!

“Dancing With the Stars” also released a trailer for the upcoming season hoping to get audiences pumped for more ballroom madness. But with a new season comes new contestants. Before “Dancing With the Stars” returns with a fresh installment, a slew of new celebrity contestants will have to be cast in the competition series.

Tom Bergeron, who co-hosts the show the Erin Andrews, shared his excited to welcome new faces into the ballroom. The longtime host thanked a fan of the show for reminding him that the show is about two weeks away from “naming (new) names!”

So, who will be in the running to take home the coveted Mirror Ball trophy this time? Well it looks like fans are close to finding out with red carpet stars will be competing for the title of “Dancing With the Stars” champion!

“Dancing With the Stars” will return to ABC with its Season 23 premiere Monday, Sept. 12.
