‘Dancing With The Stars’ Season 21 Pro Allison Holker And tWitch Share Funny Ultrasound On Ellen DeGeneres’ Show [VIDEO]
It’s been a busy week for Allison Holker and her husband Stephen “tWitch” Boss! On Monday, the couple announced during Week 4 of “Dancing With the Stars” that they were expecting a baby.
“Well, as a pro, you know, most memorable year really is such a special time because we get to celebrate someone's beautiful story and share it with the world," Andy Grammer’s Season 21 partner said during the “Most Memorable Year”-themed installment before bringing out her husband and daughter, Weslie. “And 2015 is actually turning out to be such a memorable year for us, because we actually recently found out that I'm pregnant."
The baby talk continued on Wednesday during The Ellen DeGeneres Show when DeGeneres congratulated her co-worker, Boss, on the exciting news. The host quipped that she wishes he would have announced their pregnancy on another show – like hers!
“I am so happy for both of you,” DeGeneres said. “I mean you could have made the announcement on this show, but that’s OK.”
That’s when Boss assured DeGeneres that they have a “little bit of time” to make other exciting announcements on her show considering the baby won’t be due until March.
“March? Oh, you’re going to miss the Mother’s Day show. That’s a shame,” the host teased. “Y’all didn’t plan that out right.”
And the joking didn’t stop there. DeGeneres revealed that she had gotten her hands on Holker and Boss’ first ultrasound and was going to share it with the audience.
"So, I don't think you've seen this yet, but I got a hold of the ultrasound and it's adorable,” she promised as a video of a baby, sporting tWitch’s face and hat, boogying down in a womb played.
"You got nervous for a minute, like I had your ultrasound," DeGeneres said to the professional dancer.
However, that faux ultrasound probably isn’t too far off from what’s really happening in Holker’s belly. The expecting mom dished to E! Online Monday night that her baby is going to be “a very fit” child due to all the dancing she's been doing.
“…and [have] good posture, pointed toes, straight legs. You know what I mean. That baby be listening to me!” she said, implying that Holker and Boss’ little one might be a future Mirror Ball trophy winner.
“Dancing With the Stars” airs Monday nights at 8 p.m. EDT on ABC.
