Darcey Silva Gushes Over ‘Hot’ New Boyfriend Ahead Of ‘90 Day Fiancé’ Spinoff

Over the years, “90 Day Fiancé” viewers have watched Darcey Silva deal with heartbreak following her relationships with Tom Brooks and Jesse Meester. However, fans may be surprised to see how much her luck has changed when her spinoff “Darcey & Stacey” premieres on TLC.

The upcoming reality series will follow the lives of Darcey and her twin sister Stacey Silva as they deal with their family, relationships, and unique twin bond.

And despite Darcey’s failed romance with Tom, she has found love once again. This time around, the TLC star is dating a man who lives in the U.S. However, the Connecticut native revealed that the two live in different states.

During an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Darcey teased that fans can expect to see more of her new relationship when the spinoff airs.

“Georgi Rusev is an amazing guy. I’m getting into a new relationship, and it’s just been amazing. We met over a year ago, he actually contacted me through social media, and we were very friendly with each other,” she told the publication.

“As you can see, he’s so sexy and hot! We started talking while I was going through my ups and downs, but it was all just very friendly and not flirtatious at all. So after Tom and I broke up, I took my time to heal before deciding to meet [Georgi]."

Although they initially started as friends, the “90 Day Fiancé” star said that her relationship with Georgi quickly took a romantic turn. “We ended up meeting in Miami in February during the Super Bowl, and we just had a lot of fun together. We were friends first, but when we finally met, there was an instant attraction.

It was almost like we were a couple already, in a sense. We had established a friendship, and then it was suddenly like, ‘Woosh, what is this?’ and ‘Oh my God, I’ve never felt like this.’ It’s been an amazing journey.”

Darcey revealed that despite the distance, her new relationship is much easier than her past romances. “It’s so much easier with him being close by, and he’s got everything that I like. He’s Bulgarian, and he’s been really amazing. He lives in the D.C./Virginia area, and he’s a great guy."

“Darcey & Stacey” premieres on Aug. 16 at 10 p.m. EDT on TLC.
