'Date A Live IV' Episode 1 Live Stream Details, How To Watch Online, Spoilers

The girls, called Spirits, have the power to cause an unprecedented catastrophe, known as the spatial earthquake. In "Date A Live IV" Episode 1, Shido is harboring multiple Spirits inside him.

The official website has released the synopsis of Episode 1. Shido is set to meet the 9th spirit, named Nia Honjo.

Nia happens to be a manga artist and it will be interesting to see her encounter with Shido in the fourth season of the anime.

"With multiple Spirits now living with him, Shido's juggling act of giving ladies attention is never-ending. On top of that, more Spirits arrive for him to put the charm on. As he seals more and more, with his intentions unknown to them, will he be able to keep this up or will it lead to one big, giant spatial quake?" read the official "Date A Live IV" anime synopsis, according to Crunchyroll.

The cast of the anime includes Marina Inoue as Tohka Yatogami, Nobunaga Shimazaki as Shido Itsuka, Sarah Emi Bridcutt as Yuzuru Yamai, Akari Kageyama as Mukuro Hoshimiya, Asami Sanada as Kurumi Tokisaki, Ayana Taketatsu as Kotori Itsuka, Ayumi Mano as Natsumi, Hitomi Nabatame as Nia Honjō, Iori Nomizu as Yoshino, Maaya Uchida as Kaguya Yamai, Minori Chihara as Miku Izayoi, Misuzu Togashi as Origami Tobiichi and Ryotaro Okiayu as Isaac Ray Pelham Westcott.

"Date A Live IV" is based on the original story by Koushi Tachibana. The series is directed by Jun Nakagawa and the series composition is by Fumihiko Shimo. Go Sakabe has composed the music.

Naoto Nakamura is the character designer, while Junki Nakata is the art director. Mika Akitaka and Yasuhiro Moriki are handling the mechanical designs. Yasunori Ebina is the sound director and Keisuke Nozawa is the director of photography. The anime is produced at Geek Toys.

The opening theme of "Date A Live IV," titled "OveR," is performed by Miyu Tomita and the ending theme, "S.O.S," is by sweet ARMS.

"Date A Live IV" Episode 1 is scheduled to release this Friday. Fans in the U.S. can watch the episode online on Crunchyroll. The episode will stream in Japanese with English subtitles.
