Chris and Kerri get intimate on Season 2, episode 9 of "Dating Naked." VH1

As Season 2 of “Dating Naked: Playing For Keeps” winds down, fans of the hit VH1 reality series watch as the show’s leads, Chris and Kerri, take one sandy step closer to finding the person of the dreams. But during episode 9, titled “Eavesdroppers and Ultimatums,” the nude twosome question what if the suitor they’ve been searching for has been beside them the whole time?

Although Chris and Kerri have been introduced to a slew of potential significant others, the duo haven’t forgotten that they have an undeniable chemistry. In fact, in episode 9, the two manage to slip away from their dates to share a sweet and intimate kiss. But their lip-locking ends abruptly when Chris brings up the question of “fairness.”

“I can’t kiss you anymore right now,” he says to Kerri. “If I did that with you right now… it would be unfair.”

“To who?” she questions, to which Chris answers that it would be wrongful toward “everybody.”

This leaves Kerri feeling frustrated.

“I don’t know why I was able to make a connection or have feelings for one person that there’s no future with. And I can’t have feelings for these other guys that I’m meeting. We’re getting so close to the end and I don’t want to get my hopes up about love,” she says misty-eyed in the confessional.
