David Beckham, Victoria Beckham Celebrate 16th Wedding Anniversary

David Beckham and Victoria Beckham celebrated their 16th wedding anniversary on Saturday, when the U.S. was celebrating the Fourth of July. The couple's family posted their congratulations on Instagram. Beckham’s fashion designer wife shared a picture of the whole clan on the picture-sharing app, according to Express UK.

“Happy anniversary, I love u so much x I’m so proud of our beautiful family,” Victoria wrote on Instagram. The picture showed the family dressed in matching outfits. The Beckham boys were dressed in matching black suits and trousers with white shirts. They all wore matching black ties and lace-up shoes.

Victoria was pictured in a black dress with matching court shoes, while little Harper wore a long gray dress with a belt. Romeo opted for a black bowtie and a muffler. David, Brooklyn and Cruz had their hair styled.

David, 40, also marked the occasion by posting a flashback snap. In the black and white shot the couple look fresh-faced, with Victoria sporting short hair. “16 years ago today was our special day. ... 16 years on we have our beautiful children. ... Thank you for giving me our amazing little ones. ... Happy anniversary,” wrote the doting husband and dad.

The couple’s oldest son, Brooklyn, celebrated his parents with a throwback photo from their wedding day. The couple got married July 4, 1999, at Luttrellstown Castle in Ireland, with 4-month-old Brooklyn as ring bearer. The picture shows Brooklyn as a tiny baby, sleeping in his dad’s arms as David and Victoria smile lovingly into each other’s eyes.

“Happy anniversary. Love u,” the teen simply captioned. The couple also have three other children -- Romeo, 12; Cruz, 10; and Harper, 3. This week little Harper added to David’s collection of inkings with her own special Minion tattoo. Sharing a sweet snap on her Instagram page, Victoria showed off Harper’s handiwork as the Beckham family enjoyed a day of bonding. David has an extensive collection of tattoos, many paying tribute to his wife and children.
