‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Can Hope Help Rafe Win His Custody Battle?
Their marriage didn’t end well but they’ve remained friends and allies since, even after she wreaked havoc as Princess Gina. Now, following all the support he’s given her through hard times, Hope will return the favor and try to give Rafe the help he needs to win the battle for David once and for all on the Thursday, June 4 episode of “Days of Our Lives.”
Despite his infidelity with Sami (Allison Sweeney) and his not listening to her judgment calls when she was Police Commissioner on the NBC Soap, which led to their divorce, Rafe (Galen Gering) was there for Hope (Kristian Alfonso) after it was revealed she had been programmed to become Princess Gina again and had been responsible for Jennifer’s (Melissa Reeves) fall that sent her into a yearlong coma. As she grappled with her guilt over her actions, Rafe has promised her that no one has blamed her for what she did since she wasn’t aware she was doing it, and the support has been something she’s been somewhat grateful for.
Now, as Rafe continues fighting Zoey (Alyshia Ochse) for custody of Jordan’s son David, Hope will do whatever she can to help him win what is not such a cut-and-dry battle.
“Hope goes to bat for Rafe in his custody battle with Zoey,” spoilers reveal.
While Zoey shooting at Rafe and the fact that she is Orpheus’ (George Del Hoyo) daughter and Evan’s (Brock Kelly) sister are things that can work against her in the fight, the fact that she is the only blood relative David has left besides Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) could be something that works against Rafe. Knowing that he may need all the help he can get, Hope will want to make sure she can paint a case for him that shows what a good man he is, and how much more suitable a guardian he is for the little boy he has been helping raise for over a year.
Still, even her efforts may not be enough in the end, and Rafe may soon be forced to say goodbye to the kid he has grown to love.
“Days of Our Lives” airs weekdays on NBC.
