'Days Of Our Lives' Spoilers: Eric is Stunned By Brady's Demand

He is secretly in love with the same woman as his brother but decided to do his best to keep those feelings pushed aside to protect the relationship they all share. However. Eric will be stunned when Brady reveals that he knows the truth, and makes a shocking demand of his brother as a result on the Wednesday, Sept. 20 episode of "Days of Our Lives."

Though he didn't want to allow it to happen, Brady (Eric Martsolf) let Nicole (Arianne Zucker) resume working at the Horton Center alongside Eric (Greg Vaughan) after her community service had ended because he knew it was important to her. However, after Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) accidentally told him on the NBC soap that Eric was secretly in love with Nicole again. Brady has once again become furious, because he fears his brother is going to try and steal the woman he loves away from him.

Things will only be worse if he happens by the center and catches a warm moment between Nicole and Eric, as she pays him compliments for the good work he has done throughout his life, and also praises him for all the help he gave her in her effort to win back Holly. Once again jumping to the wrong conclusions about the scene, Brady may barge in and demand to speak with his brother alone. Once Nicole agrees, Brady will warn Eric he knows the truth, and he will tell him that he refuses to let him act on the feelings he has for Nicole.

Eric may try to assure his brother that he isn't going to allow his feelings for Nicole to interfere with their relationship and the family they are trying to build with their children, but Brady won't accept it. He may demand his brother find love elsewhere, or could even insist that he leave the Horton Center, no matter the good work he is doing there. He could even threaten to take the center away from his brother, by buying it out and making it a part of Titan, and then, when he has control, forcing Eric out that way.

Eric will be appalled by whatever suggestion his brother makes, because he genuinely didn't want to hurt him or cause any trouble for Nicole either. He could also begin to suspect that Brady's belligerence is being caused by his once again falling off the wagon, but no matter what happens, he will know Brady is serious about the threats he is making.

Now, Eric will have to decide what the best course of action is for himself, since he knows he can't have Nicole, and he wants to regain his brother's trust. As a result of the situation, he may find himself at a crossroads, and once there, he may realize the only thing he can do is volunteer to step down from his job—and maybe even leave Salem behind once again.
