‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Gabi Learns Of Chad And Abigail’s Wedding Plans
He saved both her life and his wife’s when they were at stake, but Gabi is going to learn that Chad is still committed to making things work with Abigail on the Monday, April 3 episode of “Days of Our Lives.”
After Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) tried to kill both Abigail (Marci Miller) and Gabi (Camila Banus) so he could get revenge on Chad (Billy Flynn), the young DiMera sprang into action on the NBC soap to save both of the women he loved. Now that they are both in the clear again, he told Gabi that they couldn’t see each other anymore because while he did give Abigail the antidote for the poison first, he didn’t choose her over Gabi. But after new concerns were placed in Abigail’s ear about how close Chad and Gabi are, she decided she needed to take further action to assure herself that her husband remains committed to her.
Abigail initially believed that Chad rescued her first when Deimos poisoned both women because he was picking her over Gabi, but Andre (Thaao Penghlis) has warned her that believing such could be detrimental when it comes to making sure her marriage remains intact. As it turns out, Chad saved her first because he knew Gabi was able to free herself from her ties, whereas Abigail couldn’t. He knew that meant he could throw the remaining antidote to her and she’d able to catch it and administer it. Had he chosen Gabi first, Abigail would have then died.

Now, Abigail has suggested they renew their year-old wedding vows and take their second honeymoon to reaffirm their commitment to one another. Chad has agreed, but the news will likely be upsetting for Gabi when she hears it. She knows she can’t be with Chad again since Abigail is back in Salem, but the couple’s plans to renew their vows will prove they remain committed to each other, and her chances at happiness with the man she now loves will become even less possible.
“Days of Our Lives” airs weekdays on NBC.
