‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers: How Far Will Claire Go For Revenge?

She already tried committing murder once before to get what she wanted, and now, as her big secret is finally revealed, Claire could be driven to the point of no return as she seeks vengeance against those who she feels wronged her on the Wednesday, June 5 episode of “Days of Our Lives.”

Previously on the NBC soap, Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan) began to realize that the walls were closing in on her when it came to her biggest secret yet—that she tried to kill Ciara (Victoria Konefal) in the cabin fire last summer because she didn’t want her to be a romantic rival for Tripp’s affections any longer. She realized Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) suspected her and tried to get Eve (Kassie DePaiva) to work faster at pinning the fire on him, but it wound up being too late, as she waited on him at the café and her phone rang. Ben has remembered the ringtone during a hypnotherapy session, and now knows she was the one who did, in fact, start the blaze. However, if he confronts her, then it could have dire consequences.

Not only will she likely take off and try to evade him, but Claire could finally be pushed over the edge—especially if she gets wind of the fact that Tripp lied when he said he was going to see his dad for a few days. Instead, he is heading to Canada with Haley (Thia Megia), so she can evade deportation, and when Claire learns her recent ex is once again aiding the woman he married under false pretenses, she will finally be pushed over the edge.

After figuring out that they are temporarily hiding out at Horton Cabin, Claire will use her go-to method of dealing with enemies and getting revenge—setting a fire.

A preview clip for the week’s episodes seems to indicate she will be successful at setting a fire and even knocking the two people inside unconscious from the smoke. If she truly does get rid of them, then she will officially be a killer—and more dangerous than perhaps anyone else in Salem. However, if help can arrive and rescue the two before they die, then she may have to answer some tough questions she never wants to.
